We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an English Hub Administrator. This is a varied and rewarding role that plays a key part in supporting the successful delivery of the English Hub and wider professional development programmes across the Lighthouse Schools Partnership. Acting as the central point of administration, you will help ensure that our partnerships operate efficiently, enabling schools, educators and leaders to access high-quality support, training and resources.
To undertake this role successfully, you will need to be committed to delivering an exceptional administrative service and supporting the effective management of multiple projects and partnerships. You will have strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload with competing priorities.

Please note the core hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. There is some flexibility in the timings of hours, but the hours are to be worked over 2-3 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the English Hub, ensuring the efficientnday-to-day operation of programmes, projects and communications.
- Act as the main point of contact for schools, partners and stakeholders, responding to enquiries and maintaining positive professional relationships.
- Coordinate and administer training events, conferences, meetings and visits, including bookings, scheduling, venue arrangements and attendance records.
- Maintain accurate databases, pupil and school records, grant information and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Support the financial administration of the English Hub, including processing orders, invoices, claims, budgets and monitoring expenditure.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, agendas, reports, minutes and promotional materials to support the work of the English Hub.
- Assist with the collection, analysis and submission of performance data, evaluation information and funding returns to support programme delivery and reporting requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the English Hub Lead and wider Trust colleagues to support strategic objectives, promote Hub activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Trust
The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. From September there will be 33 schools in the Trust.
The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is cross-phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. The Trust is a mixed MAT and includes both non-denominational and Church of England schools.
